iAutomate Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’,’ ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘Data Controller’) is a company registered in Malta and processes data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

As a Data Controller, we take all the necessary measures to respect the principles of data processing. This privacy policy explains how the company uses the personal data we collect from you when you access our website.

RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. The nature, sensitivity and potential risk of harm are taken into account when determining the appropriate retention period.

Your personal data will be retained for a period which is lawfully permissible and upon the expiration of such period your personal data will be immediately and irrevocably destroyed. Your Personal Data will usually be retained for 2 years unless we our statutorily obliged to keep it for a longer period of time.

Usage Data for internal analysis purposes is generally retained for a shorter period of time except when it is used to strengthen the security or increase the functionality of our website.

Your Personal Data may be shared with our affiliate entities (if any), with business partners, with service providers who monitor and analyse the use of the website, with our IT and software support team, our auditors, insurers and external legal counsel.
